Godela Habel
Godela Habel (18 September 1929 – 12 February 2022) was a German painter and artist. Life and work Godela Habel was born in Deutsch Krone, Posen-West Prussia, Weimar Germany on 18 September 1929. She studied from 1950 to 1953 at the art schools of Wuppertal and Hanover, focusing on painting and graphic design. She is known for her paintings and collages. She combined the methods of drawing and painting in her occasionally secretive work and made allowance for individual associations and interpretations.
