OuterSpace
OuterSpace is an underground hip hop duo from North Philadelphia. Originally a trio consisting of three Puerto Rican friends that then took the artist names Planetary, Jedeye and Crypt the Warchild. The founding member Mario Collazo (Planetary) was then attending 10th grade, while the other two, Richard Cruz (Jedeye) and Marcus Albaladejo (Crypt the Warchild), were in 8th grade. Today the group consists only of two members, now known as Planetary and Crypt The Warchild, who are also part of the hip hop collective Army of the Pharaohs. Recording history Early career (1995-1999) The group originally started with three high school friends; Marcus Albaladejo, Mario Collazo and Richard Cruz. The trio later went on to form the group OuterSpace. The group originally started to form in the early 1990s and eventually led to an alliance with fellow Philadelphians Jedi Mind Tricks and their label Superegular Recordings. King Syze
David Albaladejo (better known by his stage name King Syze) is an underground rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania of Puerto Rican descent. He is a member of the underground hip hop supergroup Army of the Pharaohs (AOTP), having featured on all their studio albums. He is known for his frequent collaboration with AOTP members; OuterSpace. Outside of rap, Albaladejo works as a member of a trade union which has inspired the names of many of his studio albums. Many have likened the witty aggressive flow and opposing mic presence of King Syze to that of Big Pun. Lawrence Arnell
Lawrence Arnell is an American rapper and producer from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He first collaborated with hip hop group Jedi Mind Tricks on ''Violent by Design'' under the name Diamondback in 2000. In 2014, Arnell joined Army of the Pharaohs and appeared on their studio albums ''In Death Reborn'' and '' Heavy Lies the Crown''. Biography 1995–2006: Early career Arnell started off his career as an MC/singer/songwriter. At 19 years old, he caught the eye of Tommy Boy Records as a member of the hip-hop collective Deadly Snakes. With dates on the Lyricist Lounge Tour, placements on the soundtrack to Jet Li's ''Black Mask'' film (1996) and a co-sign from Prince Paul, the Snakes seemed to be on the right track. Celph Titled
Victor Mercer (born November 16, 1980), better known by his stage name Celph Titled, is an American rapper and record producer who is a member of the hip hop supergroup Army of the Pharaohs, as well as the Demigodz along with Connecticut rapper Apathy, Ryu from Get Busy Committee, and rapper Blacastan and Esoteric. Mercer moved to New York City and began working as an in-house producer and A&R. Reef The Lost Cauze
Sharif Talib Lacey, better known by his stage name Reef the Lost Cauze, is an underground hip hop artist based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cauze became well known on the underground circuit towards the late 1990s and more so in the early 2000s, making his mark by winning many battle competitions within New York and interstate and displaying rare skills of what many called true MCing.
