''Go On'' is an American television sitcom created by Scott Silveri, that aired on NBC from August 8, 2012, to April 11, 2013. The series starred Matthew Perry as Ryan King, a sports talk radio host trying to move on from the death of his wife. It was given a series order on April 20, 2012. A preview episode aired following the Olympics coverage on August 8. The series premiered on September 11, 2012, in its normal Tuesday timeslot at 9:00 pm Eastern/8:00 pm Central after ''The Voice''. On April 20, 2012, NBC ordered a full season of ''Go On'' to contain 22 episodes, ahead of the series premiere. On May 10, 2013, NBC cancelled the series after one season. "Go On" is a song written by Mark Nesler and Tony Martin, and recorded by American country music artist George Strait. It was released in July 2000 as the lead-off single from his self-titled album. Content The narrator lends a sympathetic ear to a woman who caught her ex-lover cheating. The narrator keeps interrupting her and then apologizes and tells her to "go on". The song hints at the beginning of a new relationship with the narrator and the woman. Critical reception An uncredited article from the ''Toledo Blade'' said that "Go On" was "typical of Strait's style on many of his mid-tempo songs nd the lyrics give a clever but mature view about life going on in the wake of a broken heart." Greg Crawford, in an article from the ''Orlando Sentinel'', said that Strait "push sthe rarely heard upper limits of his vocal range," and an uncredited ''Hartford Courant'' review wrote that the song had a "breezy chorus hook." "Go-On" is a Japanese-language song by Uverworld. It is the band's 13th single and was released on 5 August 2009. GO-ON is the 2nd ending theme of the drama, Dr. House. Go-On's Oricon Weekly Ranking is #2 and sold a total of 53k copies which is a little more than 恋いしくて which is a non tie-up.
