''Global Underground 031: Dubfire, Taipei'' is a DJ mix album in the Global Underground series, compiled and mixed by DJ and producer Ali " Dubfire" Shirazinia, one half of progressive house duo Deep Dish. Dubfire's release follows that of his Deep Dish collaborator, Sharam's solo mix, '' Global Underground 029: Dubai''. Previously, Deep Dish have mixed '' Global Underground 021: Moscow'' and '' Global Underground 025: Toronto'', along with Afterclub Mixes. With ''Taipei'', Dubfire sought to make the album about more who he is, as opposed to Deep Dish. The album peaked at #16 on the ''Billboard'' Top Electronic Albums chart. Carl Craig (born May 22, 1969) is an American electronic music producer, DJ, and founder of the record label Planet E Communications. He is known as a leading figure and pioneer in the second wave of Detroit techno artists during the late 1980s and early 1990s. He has recorded under his given name in addition to a variety of aliases, including Psyche, BFC, and Innerzone Orchestra. Robert Harvey (born 21 May 1983) is an English singer, musician, DJ and songwriter. X-Press 2 are an English electronic dance music duo. The members are DJ Diesel (Darren House) and DJ Rocky (Darren Rock). Ashley Beedle left to pursue solo projects in 2009. They were DJ Award winners in 2002 and Ivor Novello winners in 2003. History Explaining the band's name, Darren Rock (aka 'DJ Rocky') explained that acid house legend Terry Farley of Fire Island came up with it. Peace Division is the production name for the tribal house duo Clive Henry and Justin Drake. Together, they have proven to be one of the most prolific UK tribal house producers starting with their first record in 1994. The duo have released EPs, remixes, and singles on Kickin Records, Eukahouse, Hooj Choons, Prolekult, Low Pressings, Junior, and NRK Sound Division among others.
