Glenn Ryan
Glenn Ryan (born 20 October 1972) is a Gaelic football manager and former player. He has been manager of the Kildare county team since 2021. Ryan previously managed Longford and the Kildare under-21 team. He captained the Kildare team during its most successful period in recent history, leading the Lilywhites to the 1998 All-Ireland Senior Football Championship Final and collecting Leinster medals in 1998 and again in 2000. Ryan's contribution was recognised with All Stars Awards in 1997 and 1998 and a place on the Kildare Team of the Millennium. He played his club football with Round Towers, winning the county title with them three times. Round Towers GAA (Kildare)
Round towers GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) club based in Kildare in County Kildare, Ireland winner of 10 Kildare county senior football championships , six as Round Towers, three as Kildare and one as St Patrick's. History Round Towers most recent Senior Football Championship wins came in 1996 defeating Johnstownbridge, 1998 defeating Clane and 2003 defeating Kilcock. Round Towers were relegated to Intermediate Football in 2012 after a defeat by one point to St Kevin's in the relegation play-off. Managed by Glenn Ryan, they won the Intermediate Championship in 2016 with a one-point victory of Two Mile House in a replay. Mayo County Football Team
The Mayo county football team (;) represents Mayo in men's Gaelic football and is governed by Mayo GAA, the county board of the Gaelic Athletic Association. The team competes in the three major annual inter-county competitions; the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship, the Connacht Senior Football Championship and the National Football League. Mayo's home ground is MacHale Park, Castlebar. The team's manager is Kevin McStay. Anthony Rainbow
Anthony Rainbow is a Gaelic football manager and former player from County Kildare, Ireland. He played with the Kildare county team for almost 20 years with whom he won two Leinster Senior Football Championship medals, in 1998 and 2000. He played in the 1998 All Ireland Senior Football final where Kildare lost out to Galway. He won an All Star in 1998. He also won an O'Byrne Cup medal in 2003. He played with Ireland in the International Rules Series in 2001. He announced his retirement after Kildare's defeat to Down in the All Ireland semi-final in 2010. In late 2012, he was appointed manager of the senior Carlow county football team, having been a member of the backroom team. Dermot Earley Junior (born 7 July 1978) is a Gaelic footballer who played for the Sarsfields GAA (Kildare), Sarsfields Newbridge club and at senior level for the Kildare county football team, Kildare county team. He is the son of former Roscommon county football team, Roscommon footballer and former Kildare manager Dermot Earley Snr, Dermot Earley, brother of Kildare footballer David Earley and nephew of Roscommon footballer Paul Earley. John Doyle (Gaelic Footballer)
Johnny Doyle is a Gaelic footballer who plays for Allenwood and, formerly, at senior level for the Kildare county team. Playing career Doyle has won one Agricultural Colleges All-Ireland. His talents are very versatile and he has won an All-Ireland Cross Country Athletic College medal and won several boxing medals. Doyle also more recently has taken up a managerial role with the Maynooth Sigerson first team. Jack O'Connor (Gaelic Footballer)
Jack O'Connor (born 23 October 1960) is an Irish Gaelic football manager and former player. In 2021, he was appointed manager of the senior Kerry county team, having earlier managed it over two terms in the 2000s. O'Connor played football with his local club Dromid Pearses from the 1970s until the early 2000s. As manager, he guided Kerry to four All-Ireland SFC titles: in 2004, 2006, 2009 and 2022, during three terms as manager. Biography Born in 1960 at Toorsaleen in Mastergeehy County Kerry.
