Giullia Penalber
Giullia Rodrigues Penalber de Oliveira (born 13 April 1992) is a Brazilian freestyle wrestler. She is the gold medalist in the women's 57kg event at the 2023 Pan American Games and the 2018 South American Games. She is also a two-time gold medalist in this event at the Pan American Wrestling Championships, and reached the quarterfinals three times in the World Wrestling Championships, in the 2014, 2019 and 2021 editions. Career Penalber competed in the 55kg event at the 2014 World Wrestling Championships held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan where she reached the quarterfinals. The following year, she competed in the 53kg event where she was eliminated in her first match by Lilya Horishna of Ukraine. In 2018, she competed in the 57kg event where she was eliminated in her second match by Grace Bullen of Norway. In 2019, she reached the quarterfinals in the 57kg event. 2021 World Wrestling Championships
The 2021 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held from 2 to 10 October 2021 in Oslo, Norway. 2019 Pan American Games
The 2019 Pan American Games ( es, Juegos Panamericanos de 2019, links=no), officially the XVIII Pan American Games and commonly known as the Lima 2019 Pan-Am Games or Lima 2019 ( qu, Limaq 2019), were a multi-sport event governed by the Panam Sports Organization, were held in Lima, Peru from July 26 to August 11, 2019, with preliminary rounds in certain events having begun on July 24, 2019. Brazil At The 2015 Pan American Games
Brazil competed in the 2015 Pan American Games in Hamilton, Canada from July 10 to 26, 2015. The Brazilian Olympic Committee selected a team of 590 athletes, 314 men and 276 women. This is the 17th appearance of the country in the Pan American Games. The goal of the Brazilian Olympic Committee is to finish among top 3 countries on total medals, as part of preparations for the 2016 Summer Olympics, in Rio de Janeiro, and to surpass the number of medals of Guadalajara (141). Grace Bullen
Grace Jacob Bullen (born 7 February 1997) is a Norwegian freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the 59kg event at the 2022 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. She is a five-time medalist, including three gold medals, at the European Wrestling Championships. Bullen also won a bronze medal for Norway at the 2015 European Games held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Early life Born in a refugee camp in Eritrea to South Sudanese parents, she moved to Fredrikstad, Norway in 2001 at the age of four. Already at the age of four she took up wrestling in the martial arts club Atlas.
