Giulia (wrestler)
is an English-born Italian-Japanese professional wrestler, currently signed to World Wonder Ring Stardom, where she is the current World of Stardom Champion in her first reign. She is also a former Wonder of Stardom Champion, Goddess of Stardom Champion and Artist of Stardom Champion. She is also the current and founding leader of the Donna Del Mondo stable. She formerly competed in Ice Ribbon, from her debut in 2017 up until October 2019. In Stardom, she is a one-time Wonder of Stardom Champion and a one-time Artist of Stardom Champion. Giulia was the recipient of the 2020 ''Tokyo Sports'' Women's Wrestling Grand Prize. Early life Giulia was born in London, England, to an Italian father and a Japanese mother, and was raised in Japan's Chiba Prefecture. ''Stardom'' is a 2000 Canadian comedy-drama film directed by Denys Arcand and written by J.Jacob Potashnik and Arcand. It stars Jessica Paré and Dan Aykroyd. It tells the story of a young girl who tries to cope with her rise to stardom after being discovered by a fashion agency. The film was screened out of competition at the 2000 Cannes Film Festival. Arcand cited his later film ''Days of Darkness (2007 Canadian film), Days of Darkness'' (2007) as similar to ''Stardom'', though ''Days of Darkness'' was ostensibly a sequel to his other films ''The Decline of the American Empire'' (1986) and ''The Barbarian Invasions'' (2003). The are Japanese professional wrestling, or ''puroresu'', awards that have been handed out by the ''Tokyo Sports'' magazine annually since 1974. The most publicized awards in Japanese professional wrestling, they are recognized by all the major promotions in the country, including All Japan Pro Wrestling, New Japan Pro-Wrestling, and Pro Wrestling Noah. The awards are voted for by a committee made up of people involved with Japanese professional wrestling, including reporters and photographers. After the winners are announced in the middle of December, an award ceremony is held in Tokyo in January. Voting takes place in rounds. In landslide cases, the winner can be determined in a single round of voting, however, if no wrestler gets enough votes, the award can be left blank and not given out that year. The AgZ Championship is a women's professional wrestling championship, situated at the top championship hierarchy of the japanese professional wrestling promotion Actwres girl'Z. In November 2021, Actwres girl'Z announced the dissolution of their Color's and Beginning brands, in favor of a more entertainment-based product. On February 13, 2022, the company ran their first ACTwrestling show under their new format. Therefore, between December 2021 and March 2023, the title was deactivated. is a Japanese professional wrestler currently working as a freelancer and is best known for her tenure with the Japanese promotion Actwres girl'Z and her freelance appearances in promotions such as Oz Academy and Ice Ribbon. Actwres girl'Z, is a Japanese independent women's professional wrestling promotion founded in 2015. The meaning of the "Actwres girl'Z" name is a combination of the words "wrestler" and "actress". History Actwres girl'Z was founded in 2015 under a similar concept to JDStar's "Athress" .
