Luigi Zampa
Luigi Zampa (2 January 1905 – 16 August 1991) was an Italian film director. Biography Son of a worker, Zampa studied filmmaking from 1932 to 1937 at the Italian film school Centro sperimentale di cinematografia in Rome. He directed several Italian neorealism films in the 1940s. In 1949 he filmed ''Alarm Bells'' on Ischia, and also shot a separate British version under the title '' Children of Chance''. During the 1950s and 1960s, he became a director of several successful films belonging to the Commedia all'italiana genre, some starring Alberto Sordi. Camillo Milli
Camillo Migliori, best known as Camillo Milli (1 August 1929 – 20 January 2022) was an Italian stage, film and television actor. Life and career Born in Milan, Milli formed under Giorgio Strehler at the Piccolo Teatro di Milano, where he debuted in 1951 and where he was active until 1953. In the 1960s and in the 1970s he worked intensively with director Luigi Squarzina and at the Teatro Stabile in Genoa, specializing in the Carlo Goldoni repertoire. Milli was also active as a character actor in films, mainly cast in humorous roles, often as a sidekick of Paolo Villaggio. On television, he is best known for the role of Ugo Monti in the Canale 5 TV series '' CentoVetrine''. Milli died from COVID-19 complications on 20 January 2022, at the age of 92. Valeria Fabrizi (born 20 October 1936) is an Italian actress, singer and television personality. Life and career Born in Verona, in 1936 Fabrizi made her acting debut in the revue ''Campione senza valore''. The same year, she had her first leading role in the comedy play ''Carlo non farlo''. In 1957 she entered the Miss Universe competition and appeared in the comedy play ''L'adorabile Giulio''. After having been the soubrette of the 1959 musical ''Una storia in blue jeans'' she became the prima donna of the Erminio Macario's stage company. In 1964 Fabrizi married Tata Giacobetti, member of the group Quartetto Cetra, and started appearing in their television works. Fabrizi also has a film career of about thirty films, and she recorded several singles with EMI.
