Girls & Boys (Prince Song)
"Girls & Boys" is a 1986 song by American musician Prince and The Revolution, from his eighth studio album, '' Parade'' (1986), the soundtrack to the film ''Under the Cherry Moon''. The song was released as a single in the UK, and as the B-side to "Anotherloverholenyohead" in the US. Following the smash success of its predecessor "Kiss", "Girls & Boys" peaked at number 11 in the UK, but was not released as a single in America. Prince's former drummer, Bobby Z. later commented that the song may have helped the entire album and film achieve bigger success, saying "second singles sometimes weren't right... 'Kiss' was a complete smash and set the album up huge. In my opinion it should then have been 'Girls & Boys', not ' Mountains'". The music video for the single consisted of clips from the film and separately-shot footage of The Revolution, including Prince's then-fiancee Susannah Melvoin. "Girls & Boys" is a funk offering featuring both live drumming as well as Linn drum mach ...

Girls & Boys (The Subways Song)
''All or Nothing'' is the second studio album by English rock trio The Subways and was released on 30 June 2008. Recorded in Conway Studios in Los Angeles by producer Butch Vig, the album was preceded by the release of two singles: "Girls & Boys", released 27 March 2008, and available as a free download, and "Alright", released 16 June 2008. History Songs such as "Kalifornia" and "Shake! Shake!" had been played as early as 2004 / 2005. More recently, songs such as "Girls & Boys", "Alright", "Obsession", "Turnaround" and "I Won't Let You Down" were played at gigs and festivals throughout 2007 and early 2008. QI (Series G)
'' QI'' (short for ''Quite Interesting'') is a BBC comedy panel game television show that began in 2003. It was created by John Lloyd, and was hosted by Stephen Fry until the end of Series 13 after which Sandi Toksvig took over, and features permanent panellist Alan Davies. Each series covers topics that begin with a different letter of the alphabet; for example, the first series covered topics whose word began with "A". Thus it is referred to as "Series A" instead of "Series One". ''QI'' was given a full series after BBC executives responded well to a nonbroadcast pilot and the first episode, "Adam" premiered on BBC Two on 11 September 2003. From the second to the fifth series, episodes aired each week on BBC Two; the second and subsequent episodes were shown first on BBC Four in the time-slot after the previous episode's BBC Two broadcast. When the sixth series of ''QI'' began in 2008, the show moved to BBC One and the broadcasting of episodes on BBC Four was replaced in fav ...
