Ginger (2013 Film)
''Ginger'' is a 2013 Indian Malayalam-language comedy road film directed by Shaji Kailas and written by Rajesh Jayaraman. It stars Jayaram, Muktha George, Mallika, Sudheesh, Jagadish, Suresh Krishna, Lakshmi Gopalaswamy and Kaviyoor Ponnamma. The film was released on 2 November 2013, coinciding with the Diwali fest. Plot It is set against the backdrop of a village that enroots a road trip. Two scheming thieves Vivekanandan and Najeeb Kecheri plan to rob Harinarayanan and his wife Devika's house, but in a quirk of fate, becomes a part of their life. Meanwhile, when moneylender Edamuttam Pappachen asks them to do something special for him, the story takes another turn. Shaji Kailas
Shaji Kailas (born 8 February 1965) is an Indian film director and screenwriter known for his works in Malayalam cinema. Shaji got a breakthrough with the comedy film ''Dr. Pasupathy'' (1990). He is best known for his action films with mainly focusing on political thriller and crime genres such as ''Thalastaanam'' (1992), ''Sthalathe Pradhana Payyans'' (1993), ''Ekalavyan'' (1993), ''Mafia'' (1993), ''Commissioner'' (1994), '' The King'' (1995), '' Aaraam Thampuran'' (1997), '' Narasimham'' (2000) , ''Valliettan'' (2000), ''Kaduva'' and ''Kaapa''(2022). Santhosh (actor)
Santhosh Kesavan Nair is an Indian actor in Malayalam cinema. He has acted in more than 100 films as villain, hero, second hero and as comedian as well. Early life Santhosh is from Thiruvananthapuram. He is the only son of retired headmaster C. N. Kesavan Nair and P. Rajalakshmiamma, who is also a retired teacher. He grew up along with his two sisters in Pettah, Thiruvananthapuram. Santhosh was brought up by his maternal grandparents Adv. K. S. Chellappan Pillai and B. Vijayaraghavan (born 20 December 1951) is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Malayalam cinema. He is popular for his character roles. He is the son of popular drama and cinema artist N. N. Pillai. He got his break by playing the iconic character ''Ramji Rao'' in 1989 film Ramji Rao Speaking. This character later got the cult status in Malayalam Cinema. Kalasala Babu (1950 14 May 2018) was an Indian actor who performed on stage, and in television serials and films. On stage Babu had been acting in radio plays while at college. Following his graduation in 1973, Babu acted in ''Paanchajanyam'', yielding a good performance. Babu acted at Kalidasa Kala Kendram for two years, and was offered roles by the late O. Madhavan and K.
