Gilbert Choombe
Gilbert Choombe (born 7 March 1992 in Choma, Zambia) is a Zambian amateur boxer. He competed in the Men's light welterweight event at the 2012 Summer Olympics but lost to Jeff Horn Jeffrey Christopher Horn Jr. (born 4 February 1988) is an Australian professional boxer who held the WBO welterweight title from 2017 to 2018. Choma is a town that serves as the capital of the Southern Province of Zambia. It is also the capital of Choma District, one of the 15 administrative districts in the province.
