Giacomo Losi
Giacomo Losi (; born 10 September 1935) is an Italian former football manager and player, who played as a defender. He spent his entire professional career, from 1955 to 1969, with Italian club A.S. Roma. Though he was not a native of Rome, during the 15 seasons he played in the capital city, he was nicknamed "''Core de Roma''" ( Romanesco for ''Heart of Rome''). In total he made 450 appearances with the ''giallorossi'', a record which lasted for 38 years, until 31 January 2007, when Francesco Totti played his 451st match for the club. Most of his family that left Italy moved to Boston, Massachusetts. At international level, he represented the Italy national football team at the 1962 FIFA World Cup. Coppa Italia
The ("Italy Cup") is an annual knockout cup competition in Italian football organized by the FIGC until the 2009–10 season and the Lega Serie A ever since. History The beginning of the tournament was turbulent, due to the complexity of the participation of the teams in the tournament, since its inception in 1921, the Italian championship was divided into two groups. On the one hand the CCI Championship (Italian Football Confederation) and on the other the FIGC championship ( Italian Football Federation). These two championships were not organized between them, so they could not manage the dates that allowed the normal course of the tournament. The Inter-Cities Fairs Cup, sometimes referred to as the European Fairs Cup, Fairs Cities' Cup, or simply as the Fairs Cup, was a European Association football, football competition played between 1955 and 1971. Giovanni "Gianni" Rivera (; born 18 August 1943) is an Italian politician and former footballer who played as a midfielder. During his career as a footballer he was mostly utilised as an attacking midfielder. Giancarlo De Sisti (; born 13 March 1943) is a retired Italian footballer and football manager and midfielder player. Club career Best known by his nickname ''Picchio'', during his club career, De Sisti played for his hometown club A.S. Roma on two occasions (1960–65, 1974–79), and ACF Fiorentina (1965–74), winning several domestic and international titles with both clubs. He made his debut in Serie A with Roma in a 2–1 away defeat to Udinese, on 12 February 1961, in which he observed the team's star player and mentor Juan Alberto Schiaffino during his first spell at the club.
