Ghost Care are an Australian soft rock band formed in Perth in 2019. The group consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Beau Torrance, drummer Luke Del Fante and bassist/vocalist Tanaya Harper. In 2019 they released their debut single ''Another.'' Perth
Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. The Vanns are an Australian Indie rock group formed in 2012. They released their debut album in 2019. History 2012–2018: Formation and EPs The Vanns began as a jamming group in 2012 and went onto win the 2012 Red Bull Bedroom Jam, which gave them a placement with The Getaway Plan at the Sydney Hi-Fi, recording time in Melbourne with Jan Skubiszewski and a set at Homebake Homebake was an annual Australian rock festival, featuring an all-Australian lineup (with the occasional artist from New Zealand). Spacey Jane are an Australian indie rock band from Fremantle, which formed in 2016. The group consists of Ashton Hardman-Le Cornu (guitar), Caleb Harper (vocals, guitar), Kieran Lama (drums) and, since 2019, Peppa Lane (bass guitar). Their debut studio album, ''Sunlight'', was released in 2020 and peaked at number two on the ARIA Charts. It was preceded by triple platinum single "Booster Seat", which peaked at number eight and won the ARIA Song of the Year. In 2020, their debut extended play '' No Way to Treat an Animal'' (2017) also peaked at number 23. The band had four songs listed in the 2020 Triple J Hottest 100 with "Booster Seat" highest placed at number two. Pacific Avenue
Pacific Avenue are an Australian alternative rock group formed in 2017 and consisting of Harry O’Brien on vocals and guitar, Ben Fryer on lead guitar, Jack Kay on bass and vocals, and Dom Littrich on drums. They have supported acts such as San Cisco, the Belligerents and British India and released their debut album in May 2023. West Australian Music Industry Awards
The Western Australian Music Industry Awards (commonly known as WAMis) are annual awards presented to the local contemporary music industry, put on by the Western Australian Music Industry Association Inc (WAM). The WAMi Awards are Western Australia Music's night of nights, bringing together local music fans and members of local, national and international industry to acknowledge and celebrate another year of achievements for Western Australia. History WAM was originally formed as the Western Australian Rock Music Industry Association Inc. (WARMIA) in 1985, with its main aim to develop and run annual awards recognising achievements within the music industry in Western Australia.
