Iyad Ag Ghaly
Iyad Ag Ghaly ( ar, اياد اغ غالي, sometimes romanised as Ag Ghali), also known as Abū al-Faḍl ( ar, أبو الفضل ), is a Tuareg militant from Mali's Kidal Region. He has been active in Tuareg rebellions against the Malian government since the 1980s – particularly in the early 1990s. In 1988, founded the Popular Movement for the Liberation of Azawad. In the latest episode of the Tuareg upheavals in 2012, he featured as the founder and leader of the Islamist militant group Ansar Dine. Born in 1954 into a noble family of the Ifogha tribal group (an influential Tuareg clan in the Kidal region), his gift for strategic thinking allegedly earned him the nickname, ''the Strategist''. Hossam Ghaly
Hossam Mohamed El Sayed Metwalli Abdel Sattar Ghaly ( ar, حسام محمد السيد متولي عبد الستار غالي; born 21 October 1981) is an Egyptian member of parliament. He is currently member of House of Representatives and board member of Al Ahly SC. Ghaly is a retired Egyptian footballer who played as a central midfielder. His last match was on 11 May 2018 between Al Ahly SC and Ajax in the UAE, which ended by Al Ahly winning the match. Career Early career Ghaly is a product of Al Ahly youth team, and he broke into the first team squad in 1997, he was only 16 when he joined the first team. He played regularly for Al-Ahly until he moved to Feyenoord Rotterdam in 2003, despite interest from numerous other European clubs such as VfB Stuttgart and FC Nantes.
