''Get What You Give'' is the third studio album by metalcore band The Ghost Inside, released on June 19, 2012. It is dedicated, in the inner CD case, to the memory of Ryan Vigil, brother of vocalist Jonathan Vigil. ''Get What You Give'' checked in at No. 3 on Australian hardcore radio station, short.fast.loud's, Best Album of 2012 listener poll, behind Australian artists Parkway Drive and The Amity Affliction. The video for the single, "Engine 45", was released on June 5, 2012. The album artwork features Rundle Mountain in Banff National Park, Canada. The Ghost Inside, formerly known as A Dying Dream, is an American metalcore band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2004. The band currently consists of vocalist Jonathan Vigil, guitarists Zach Johnson and Chris Davis, bassist Jim Riley and drummer Andrew Tkaczyk. They have released one EP and five studio albums, with their latest, '' The Ghost Inside'', released on June 5, 2020 via Epitaph Records as a return from their hiatus. History Early years (2004–2009) As A Dying Dream, they released an EP, ''Now or Never'' on Frontline Records. A year later, they signed to Mediaskare Records, where they re-recorded and re-released the EP with an additional track and bonus live footage. Southbridge is a city in Worcester County, Massachusetts, United States. The population was 17,740 at the 2020 census. Although Southbridge has a city form of government, it is legally known as the Town of Southbridge. History The area was initially inhabited by the Nipmuck and Mohegan tribes, with the Quinebaug River dividing their territories. Andrew Robert Wade (born August 4, 1984) is an American recording engineer and music producer. Early years and A Wish for Marilynne (2002–2006) In August 2002, Wade started playing guitar and singing lead vocals in Christian rock/emo band A Wish for Marilynne. By September 2003, the band had written seven songs, three of which made it on to a demo tape, that was recorded four months prior.Robbins 2003, p. 74 In an interview with the ''Ocala Star-Banner'' the band said that once they had ten songs they were going to start recording, and Wade said "it's (going to) be a lot better than the demo."
