Gert Jõeäär (born July 9, 1987) is an Estonian road bicycle racer, who rides for Estonian amateur team CFC Spordiklubi. From 2013 to 2016, Jõeäär competed with UCI Professional Continental cycling team . 2015 Scheldeprijs
The 2015 Scheldeprijs was the 103rd edition of the Scheldeprijs cycling classic. It took place on 8 April, starting in Antwerp and ending in Schoten. The race was rated as a 1.HC event and was part of the 2015 UCI Europe Tour. The Scheldeprijs particularly suited the sprinters as it included several cobbled classics, cobbled roads but no significant climbs. The winner in the previous three editions, Marcel Kittel () was forced to withdraw from the race due to illness; Mark Cavendish (), who had also won the race on three occasions, chose not to participate, as did André Greipel (). The race favourite was therefore Alexander Kristoff (), who had won the 2015 Tour of Flanders, Tour of Flanders the previous weekend. Tartu GP
The Tartu GP was a one-day road cycling race in Tartu, Estonia. It was first run in 2001 and became part of the UCI Europe Tour as a 1.1 event in 2005. The most successful rider was Jaan Kirsipuu with three consecutive victories. Baltic Chain Tour is a stage race for professional road bicycle racers organized as a part of the UCI Continental Circuits. Baltic Chain Tour was established to commemorate Baltic Way. Tour is conducted mainly in the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, however in 2013 it started in Lahti, Finland. Baltic Chain Tour is a UCI category 2.2 cycling tour. History The race was originally created unter the name Omloop der Vlaamse Ardennen (''English'': Tour of the Flemish Ardennes) in 1945 as a one-day race. It remained like that until 1999, when it became a two-day stage race and was renamed Guldensporentweedaagse. An individual time trial (ITT) is a road bicycle race in which cyclists race alone against the clock (in French: ''contre la montre'' – literally "against the watch", in Italian: ''tappa a cronometro'' "stopwatch stage").
