Gerson Bautista (born May 31, 1995) is a Dominican professional baseball pitcher for the Toros de Tijuana of the Mexican League. He made his Major League Baseball (MLB) debut with the New York Mets in 2018 and also played for the Seattle Mariners in 2019. Career Boston Red Sox Bautista signed with the Boston Red Sox as an international free agent in April 2013. He made his professional debut with the DSL Red Sox in 2014 and spent the whole season there, posting a 2–1 record and 1.03 ERA in 13 games (12 starts). The Greenville Drive are a Minor League Baseball team based in Greenville, South Carolina. They are the High-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox and are a member of the South Atlantic League.
