Gerald Eugene White (born December 9, 1964) is a former American football running back in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys. He played college football at the University of Michigan. Early years White began his football career at Memorial Junior High School, and spent two years at Orlando's William R. Boone High School. He then moved to Titusville High School for his junior and senior years. As a senior in 1982, White was selected as a Parade High School All-American. As a two-way player, he led Titusville to the Florida High School Athletic Association Class AAA football championship. Michigan Wolverines Football
The Michigan Wolverines football team represents the University of Michigan in college football at the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision level. Michigan has the most all-time wins in college football history. Hula Bowl
The Hula Bowl is a post-season college football all-star game held annually, usually in January. From inception through the 2021 playing, it was held in Hawaii; since the 2022 edition, it has been played in Orlando, Florida. The game was first staged in 1947, between mainland collegiate players and local Hawaiian players; it has been played exclusively with collegiate players since 1960. The bowl was paused following its 2008 edition, then was revived in January 2020. The game was originally held at Honolulu Stadium in Honolulu, then moved to Aloha Stadium in Halawa starting with the January 1976 edition. Mike Gillette
Mike Gillette (born c. 1967) is a former American football and baseball player. He was a placekicker for the University of Michigan Wolverines football team from 1985 to 1988 and a punter for the 1988 team. He also played baseball for Michigan, and later played professionally in the minor leagues. Gillette finished his college football career is the leading scorer in Michigan football history with 295 points on 53 field goals, 130 extra points, and one touchdown. He also set Michigan records for the longest field goal (56 yards) and most field goals in a single game (five).
