Gerald Ward (gangster)
Gerald "Skinny" Ward is a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster who served as president of the Niagara County chapter of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club and as one of the co-leaders of the Hells Angels in Canada. The Papalia family Starting in 1965, Ward had 23 convictions for fraud, weapons, drugs, property and violence offenses. He was considered by the police to be the prime drug dealer in the Niagara Peninsula for the Magaddino family of Buffalo, New York via its Canadian subsidy, the Papalia family of Hamilton. Ward was tried for murder three times and attempted murder once, and was acquitted all four times. The journalist Jerry Langton called Ward "an all-time tough guy". Walter Stadnick
Wolodumir "Walter" Stadnick (born 3 August 1952), also known as "Nurget", is a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster who was the third national president of the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club in Canada. Stadnick is generally credited with turning the Hells Angels into the dominant outlaw biker club in Canada. The journalists Michel Auger and Peter Edwards wrote that much about Stadnick is mysterious, ranging from what is the meaning of his sobriquet "Nurget", to how a unilingual Anglo Canadian from Hamilton, Ontario, Hamilton became the leader of the then largely French-Canadian Hells Angels. In 2004, the journalist Tu Thanh Ha wrote that Stadnick is "a secretive man little known to the public", but "he is one of Canada's most pivotal organized-crime figures." Julian Sher
Julian Sher is a Canadian investigative journalist, filmmaker, author and newsroom trainer based in Montreal, Quebec. He was an investigative producer for ten years then a senior producer for five years with the CBC's '' The Fifth Estate''. He has written extensively about outlaw motorcycle gangs, child abuse and the justice system. Career Sher began work at CBC in Montreal as an on-air radio journalist and show producer from 1983 to 1986. From 1986 to 1989, he was an investigative reporter for CBC Television in Montreal. He became a producer for the CBC network program '' The Fifth Estate'' from 1989 to 2001, where he covered wrongful convictions, police corruption, war criminals and biker gangs. Steven Gault
Steven Gault (born 1973) is a Canadian outlaw biker and police informer who played a key role in the Ontario Provincial Police's (OPP) Project Tandem operation against the Hells Angels between 2005 and 2006. Informer Gault was born in North Bay and dropped out of high school in grade 10. In 2008, Gault testified that he started working as a police informer in 1990 at the age of 17 as he became involved in various criminal activities while at the same time informing on his associates. David Atwell
David Atwell (born 1965) is a Canadian outlaw biker and police informer who played a key role in the Ontario Provincial Police's (OPP) Project Develop operation against the Hells Angels between 2005 and 2007. Early life Atwell was born into a middle-class family in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough, Ontario and started to work as a bouncer in Toronto-area bars as a teenager. On 18 October 1983, Atwell started working as a security guard at the age of 18. The Outlaws Motorcycle Club, incorporated as the American Outlaws Association or its acronym, A.O.A., is an outlaw motorcycle club that was formed in McCook, Illinois in 1935. It is one of the largest outlaw motorcycle clubs in the world and historic arch-rival of the Hells Angels. Mario Parente
Mario Parente (born 1949) is a Canadian outlaw biker and gangster, mostly noted for serving as the Canadian national president of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club between 2000 and 2009. Satan's Choice Parente was born in Hamilton, Ontario into a working-class family of Italian immigrants. Parente was born and grew up in the "lower" part of Hamilton under "the Mountain" as locals call the Niagara Escarpment.
