State Route 341 (SR 341) is a north–south state highway located entirely within Walker County in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It connects the unincorporated community of Davis Crossroads with Chattanooga Valley, via Chickamauga. Route description SR 341 begins at an intersection with SR 193 in Davis Crossroads, northwest of LaFayette. It travels to the northeast and curves to the north-northeast, along the West Chickamauga Creek valley, to the town of Chickamauga. The route then turns to the northwest. Just before entering Chattanooga Valley, it curves to a northerly routing. In Chattanooga Valley, SR 341 meets its northern terminus, another intersection with SR 193. SR 341 is not part of the National Highway System, a system of roadways important to the nation's economy, defense, and mobility. Walker County is a county located in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. As of the 2020 census, the population was 67,654, down from 68,756 in 2010. The county seat is LaFayette. Northwest Georgia is a region of the state of Georgia in the United States. It includes 12 counties (listed in the section below), which at the 2010 census had a combined population of 753,032. State Route 193 (SR 193) is a state highway in the northwestern part of the U.S. state of Georgia. It runs southeast-to-north through portions of Walker county. Route description SR 193 begins at an intersection with US 27/ SR 1 (Lyle Jones Parkway) in LaFayette. This intersection also contains SR 136 (East Villanow Street). The road heads west into the main part of town, where it has a concurrency with US 27 Business/ SR 1 Business. The road continues west out of town and gradually curves to the northwest and intersects SR 341 (Cove Road). Chickamauga Creek
Chickamauga Creek refers to two short tributaries of the Tennessee River, which join the river near Chattanooga, Tennessee. The two streams are North Chickamauga Creek and South Chickamauga Creek, joining the Tennessee from the north and south side, respectively. There is also a West Chickamauga Creek, which is a much longer tributary of the South Chickamauga Creek. Course The two Chickamauga Creeks are part of the Georgia, Middle Tennessee-Chickamauga Watershed. North Chickamauga Creek begins in an area called The Horseshoe, a portion of Walden Ridge, a branch of the Cumberland Plateau.
