George Sotiropoulos (born 9 July 1977) is an Australian born retired mixed martial artist of Greek descent who previously fought in the UFC in their Lightweight division. He is well known for appearing as a fighter on the TV show '' The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra'', fighting on Team Serra and as the coach for Team Australia on The Ultimate Fighter: The Smashes. Mixed martial arts career Background Sotiropoulos began training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu in 1997 at the age of 19, and was promoted to black belt in 2004. In 2003 and 2007, he represented Australia in the Submission Wrestling World Championships. Sotiropoulos has also competed in amateur boxing, and in 2004, won a Victorian State Amateur Boxing Championship. Enson Shoji Inoue (; born April 15, 1967) is a Japanese-American jiu-jitsu practitioner and retired professional mixed martial artist. A professional competitor from 1995 until 2010, he fought for the PRIDE Fighting Championships, the UFC, Shooto, and Vale Tudo Japan. He was the first and only Shooto Heavyweight Champion, and was a finalist in the Lightweight category at UFC 13. Born and raised in Hawaii, he has resided in Japan since the 1990s. Roman Mitichyan (born September 4, 1978) is an Armenian-American professional mixed martial artist, actor and stuntman. He briefly appeared on Spike TV's reality show '' The Ultimate Fighter: Team Hughes vs. Team Serra'', as a part of Team Serra, but was forced to leave the show due to injury. Kyle Noke (born 18 March 1980) is an Australian retired mixed martial artist who competed as a Welterweight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship. A professional competitor since 2002, Noke has also fought for EliteXC. 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu is a non-traditional system of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu developed by Eddie Bravo.
