George Marks (born November 10, 1999) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Major League Soccer club Charlotte FC. Career Youth Marks joined the North Carolina FC academy in 2015, where he played until 2018. He was named as an amateur player with the team during their 2017 season in the NASL, and On December 14, 2017, it was announced Marks had signed a USL academy contract for the 2018 season with the first team in the United Soccer League, allowing Marks to retain his NCAA eligibility. College In 2018, Marks attended Clemson University to play college soccer. History The formation of USL D3 was first announced in April 2017, and league officials began touring the country looking for candidate cities for new soccer clubs.
