George Kilham
George Kilham (1916 - 1978) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played in the 1930s and 1940s. Playing career Kilham made his debut for South Sydney in 1935 and during the same year played for Souths in the 1935 grand final defeat by arch rivals Eastern Suburbs. In 1938, Kilham was selected to play for New South Wales and also played for New South Wales City. Kogarah () is a suburb of Southern Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. New South Wales Rugby League Team
The New South Wales rugby league team has represented the Australian state of New South Wales in rugby league football since the sport's beginnings there in 1907. Also known as the Blues due to their sky blue jerseys, the team competes in the annual State of Origin series. This annual event is a series of three games competing for the State of Origin shield. As of 2022, the team is coached by Brad Fittler and captained by James Tedesco. The Sydney Rugby League team, known as the City Rugby League team, or Combined Sydney, or Sydney Firsts, or Sydney Capitals, is a representative rugby league team. Canterbury-Bankstown is a customary region of Sydney, Australia, in the south-western suburbs. The area is located around the Bankstown railway line, to the west of the St George region and to the south of the Inner West region.
