George Kendall Riverside Park
George Kendall Riverside Park is a recreational park in Ermington, New South Wales, on the northern bank of the Parramatta River. Previous use During the 1970s, to the chagrin of the local residents, much of the area (then called George Kendall Reserve) was used as a landfill site. The Parramatta River is an intermediate tide-dominated, drowned valley estuary located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. With an average depth of , the Parramatta River is the main tributary of Sydney Harbour, a branch of Port Jackson. Secondary tributaries include the smaller Lane Cove and Duck rivers.
