George Butler Wason
George Butler Wason (April 20, 1869 – 1933) was an American grocer, banker and politician who served as a member of the Massachusetts Governor's Council. Early life Wason was born in New Boston, New Hampshire. When he was fifteen Wason moved with his family to Nashua, New Hampshire Nashua is a city in southern New Hampshire, United States. New Boston is a town in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 6,108 at the 2020 census, up from 5,321 at the 2010 census. Henry Harrison Metcalf, LL.D., (April 7, 1841 – February 5, 1932) was an editor, journalist, historian, politician, and author from New Hampshire. Biography Henry Metcalf was born in Newport, New Hampshire, to Joseph and Lucy Metcalf on April 7, 1841. He studied law at the University of Michigan Law School, graduating in 1865 and being admitted to the state bar in 1866.
