Geneviève Darrieussecq (born 4 March 1956) is a French physician and politician of Democratic Movement (France), Democratic Movement (MoDem) who served as Minister for People with Disabilities in the Borne government, government of Prime Minister of France, Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne from 2022 to 2023. From 2017 to 2022, Darrieussecq served as the Secretary of State (France), Secretary of State to the Ministry of the Armed Forces (France), Minister of the Armed Forces in the governments of successive Prime Minister of France, Prime Ministers Édouard Philippe and Jean Castex. Career Career in local politics Darrieussecq was the mayor of Mont-de-Marsan (2008-2017).
