''Generation Iron 2'' is a 2017 documentary film and sequel to ''Generation Iron''. The film follows the next generation of bodybuilders as the industry opens up to viral internet stars as well as younger bodybuilders pushing the limits of how massive the human physique can become. The film features Kai Greene, Calum Von Moger, Rich Piana, and Flex Wheeler, among other athletes. ''Generation Iron 2'' was released in limited theatrical, DVD, and Video On Demand on May 12, 2017. Hidetada Yamagishi
(born 30 June 1973) is a Japanese IFBB professional bodybuilder. In 2007 he became the first Japanese bodybuilder to compete in the Mr. Olympia contest and was the first Japanese bodybuilder to have been invited to compete at the Arnold Classic. Early life Hidetada Yamagishi was born and raised in Obihiro, Hokkaido. During his youth, he played rugby and started lifting weights while at Hokkaido Sapporo Asahigaoka High School. He then proceeded to Waseda University, where he pursued weightlifting more seriously. Kai Greene (born July 12, 1975), is an American personal trainer, artist, actor, and professional bodybuilder. He came in second place at the 2012, 2013, and 2014 editions of the IFBB's Mr. Olympia competition and has not competed in it since, though he never formally announced his retirement.
