Motors Liquidation Company (MLC), formerly General Motors Corporation, was the company left to settle past liability claims from General Motors Chapter 11 reorganization, Chapter 11 reorganization of American car manufacturer General Motors. Baojun () is a Chinese automobile marque owned by a joint venture of General Motors and SAIC Motor, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile.
