Geetha Krishna
Geetha Krishna is an Indian film director, who has made Telugu and Tamil films. He made his debut with the Telugu film ''Sankeertana'' starring Nagarjuna, for which he won the Nandi Award for Best First Film of a Director. Since then, he has directed a series of Telugu and Tamil films. Career Geetha Krishna's debut film ''Sankeertana'' was a musical love story, set against religious taboos featuring Nagarjuna and Ramya Krishnan. The film became a successful venture commercially and he won the Nandi Award for Best First Film of a Director. Next he made '' Kokila'' - a crime-mystery based on eye transplantation, a socially relevant theme in the late 1980s and the film also fared well critically. Geetha Krishna next made two further experimental films with ''Keechuraallu'' and ''Priyathama'' on the issue of schizophrenia. Rishibala Naval (born 4 April 1976), known professionally as Simran, is an Indian actress, Producer, Dancer and TV personality who prominently works in Tamil films along with a few Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada films. Personal life and background Simran was born as Rishibala Naval on 4 April 1976 to Punjabi parents in Mumbai; her father is Ashok Naval and mother is Sharda Naval. Simran has two younger sisters, Monal and Jyothi Anand, and a younger brother Sumeet Naval. Prabhu Deva (born 3 April 1973) is an Indian dance choreographer, film director, producer and actor who has worked predominantly in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada language films.
