''Gece Yolcuları'' (literally "Night Riders" or "Night Travelers") is a Turkish soft rock band. The band began their musical journey as an amateur university student musical act in 1993 and established themselves as a professional act in 1995. Initially, the group decided to compose and share their own music and develop a unique style in the process. In 2004, the band recorded their first album “Gece Yolculari" produced by EMI EMI Group Limited (originally an initialism for Electric and Musical Industries, also referred to as EMI Records Ltd. or simply EMI) was a British transnational conglomerate founded in March 1931 in London. Soft rock is a form of rock music that originated in the late 1960s in Southern California and the United Kingdom which smoothed over the edges of singer-songwriter and pop rock, relying on simple, melodic songs with big, lush productions.
