Gaursons India Private Limited (GIL) is based in Delhi/NCR, India. It was incorporated in the year 1995 as a private limited company and was later on converted into public limited company in year 2000. The company was founded by B.L. Gaur in the year 1995. Manoj Gaur is the Managing Director of the company. Till date the company has done more than 5.5 million Sqft of real estate development in Delhi NCR region particularly in Noida, Ghaziabad and Yamuna Expressway region. They have delivered 65+ projects including both residential and commercial. The company and its subsidiaries are currently executing 17 residential projects and 13 commercial projects. Gaursons has also developed township project nameGaur Cityin Greater Noida West which is today home to almost 25000 families. The National Capital Region (NCR) is a planning region centred upon the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi in India. It encompasses Delhi and several districts surrounding it from the states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. Gaur Yamuna City is a group housing residential city located near Yamuna Expressway. Spread over 101 hectares (250 acres), Gaur Yamuna City is being developed by Gaursons India, through the construction of plots, villas, and apartments. The township has 20,000 residential apartments as well as hospitals, schools, and commercial complexes. The land on which Gaur Yamuna City resides was originally part of the Dankaur Village and after its acquisition, the land was allocated to Jaypee Group for the development of Yamuna Expressway. This land acquisition saw protests by farmers in 2011 and the issue was resolved when farmers got additional compensation for their land and 7% of the developed land in lieu of the acquired land. Yamuna Expressway
Yamuna Expressway is a 6-lane wide (expandable to 8) and 165.5 km long Controlled-access highway, access-controlled expressway in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is presently India's 3rd longest expressway since February 2017. It was built to de-congest the older Delhi–Agra national highway National Highway 2 (India, old numbering), (NH-2) or Mathura Road.
