Gaojiayuan station () is a station on Line 12 and Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. The station is expected to open in 2023. Chaoyang District, Beijing
Chaoyang District () is a core district of Beijing. It borders the districts of Shunyi to the northeast, Tongzhou to the east and southeast, Daxing to the south, Fengtai to the southwest, Dongcheng, Xicheng and Haidian to the west, and Changping to the northwest. Chaoyang is home to the majority of Beijing's many foreign embassies, the well-known Sanlitun bar street, as well as Beijing's growing central business district. The Olympic Green, built for the 2008 Summer Olympics, is also in Chaoyang. Line 12 of the Beijing Subway () is rapid transit line under construction in Beijing. The line is with 20 stations. It is fully underground. The line between Sijiqing and Dongfeng will be opened in 2023, due to planning adjustments east of Dongfeng. Stations Rolling stock The line will use 8-car Type A rolling stock. History Line 12's route has undergone substantial changes on the planners' drawing board. In the late 1990s, one draft of the subway plan showed Line 12 running from the Beijing South railway station to Huangcun. Line 14 of the Beijing Subway () is a rapid transit rail line in the south and east of Beijing. The line is operated by the Beijing MTR Corporation Limited. It runs across the southern and eastern fringes of urban Beijing from west of the Yongding River in the southwest corner of the city to in the northeast corner. 798 Art Zone (), or Dashanzi Art District, is a complex of 50-year-old decommissioned military factory buildings boasting a unique architectural style that houses a thriving artistic community in Dashanzi, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The area is often called the 798 Art District or Factory 798 although technically, Factory #798 is only one of several structures inside the complex formerly known as 718 Joint Factory. The buildings are within alleys number 2 and 4 on Jiǔxiānqiáo Lù (酒仙桥路), south of the Dàshānziqiáo flyover (大山子桥). The area is anchored by the UCCA Center for Contemporary Art, the largest and most visited venue in the area.
