''Game of Love'' is the sixth studio album by German band Bad Boys Blue. It was released on 29 October 1990 by Coconut Records. The record includes three singles: "How I Need You", "Queen Of Hearts" and "Jungle In My Heart". John McInerney performed all the songs. The album was certified gold in Finland in 1991. Bad Boys Blue
Bad Boys Blue are the German pop group formed in Cologne in 1984. The group performed many international hits including "You're a Woman", " Pretty Young Girl", " I Wanna Hear Your Heartbeat", and "Come Back and Stay". The group became massively popular in Eastern Europe, South America, and South Africa, with the band performing to sell-out crowds in Russia and Ukraine. In contrast, the group never charted in the UK, and their only charting U.S. singles were "Save Your Love" and "I Totally Miss You" (1993) which became successful chart hits. Tony Hendrik (born Dieter Lünstedt, 4 March 1945 in Bad Bederkesa, a.k.a. Dee Dee Halligan, Jimmy Tarsus) is a German music producer, composer, and owner of a record label. The most known artists and bands he has produced and composed for are Bad Boys Blue, Londonbeat, and Haddaway. Hendrik co-wrote the Haddaway song "What Is Love." ''The Fifth'' is the fifth studio album of German band Bad Boys Blue. The record was released on October 29, 1989 by Coconut Records. Background The album includes two singles: " Lady in Black" and "A Train to Nowhere". Track "No regrets" was originally sung by Edith Piaf as "Non, je ne regrette rien" written by Charles Dumont. All the songs were performed by John McInerney. Trevor Taylor left the band and was replaced by Trevor Bannister (born August 5, 1965 in Grimsby, England), whose function in the group was mainly to perform Trevor Taylor's hits in live shows. John McInerney
John Edward McInerney (born 7 September 1957 in Liverpool, United Kingdom) is a British singer, songwriter, and the frontman of German band Bad Boys Blue. He is the only band member from the original line-up of the group still performing. Early years John McInerney was born in Liverpool, England in 1957. He was interested in music since his childhood and once even appeared on British television performing "She Loves You" by the Beatles. McInerney's mother Agnes died when he was four and a half years old, leaving him and his younger brother to be brought up by their grandmother. When he was 15 years old, he played in the junior team of a local football club. Having graduated from school, McInerney worked as a stockbroker, and in 1979 he decided to move to Germany. He married in 1985 and has two sons, Ryan Nathan (born in 1989) and Wayne (born in 1992), and one daughter. He owns several pubs in Cologne.
