Galaxy Quest is a comic book sequel to the film ''Galaxy Quest'' published by IDW Publishing. The series is entitled ''Global Warning''. Comic Book
A comic book, also called comicbook, comic magazine or (in the United Kingdom and Ireland) simply comic, is a publication that consists of comics art in the form of sequential juxtaposed panels that represent individual scenes. ''Galaxy Quest'' is a 1999 American science fiction comedy film directed by Dean Parisot and written by David Howard and Robert Gordon. A parody of and homage to science-fiction films and series, especially ''Star Trek'' and its fandom, the film depicts the cast of a fictional cult television series, ''Galaxy Quest'', who are drawn into a real interstellar conflict by actual aliens who think the series was an accurate documentary. Scott Lobdell (; born 1960) is an American comic book writer and screenwriter known for his work on numerous ''X-Men'' series for Marvel Comics in the 1990s, various work for DC Comics in the 2010s, namely ''Red Hood and the Outlaws, Teen Titans,'' and ''Superman'', and comics for other publishers including the ''Hardy Boys: Undercover Brothers'' series by Papercutz or '' Fathom'' by Aspen MLT. Ilias Kyriazis ( el, Ηλίας Κυριαζής; born 1978 in Athens, Greece) is a comic book writer and artist. He is widely known in Greece for his comic series '' Blood Opera'' and '' Manifesto'' (both of which published in the Greek comic magazine '' 9'' of ''Eleftherotypia''). and since 2008 he's been working for American publishers, mainly IDW and DC's Zuda. Cosmic Wind
Cosmic wind is a powerful cosmic force that can push interstellar dust clouds of low density into intergalactic space. Although it easily pushes low density gas and dust clouds, it cannot easily push high density clouds. As the cosmic winds start to push the clouds, they start to separate and start looking like taffy being pulled apart. It has a primary composition of photons ejected from large stars and sometimes thermal energy from exploding stars. It can be caused by orbital motion of gas in the cluster of a galaxy, or can be ejected from a black hole. Because new stars and planets form from gases, the cosmic winds that push the gases away are preventing new stars from forming and are ultimately playing a role in galaxy evolution.
