''Dara 2013'' is the twelfth studio album by Serbian turbo folk singer Dara Bubamara. It was released 19 April 2013 through City Records. Background Recording sessions for the album, which took place in Belgrade and Novi Sad, ended in early 2013. Release and promotion The album was first released worldwide digitally 19 April 2013, available for purchase on iTunes and Amazon. It became available on CD 30 April 2013. Bubamara performed several songs from ''Dara 2013'' on the ''Ami G Show'' hosted by Ognjen Amidžić on 23 April 2013. Appearing alongside her for the interview was songwriter Marina Tucaković, who penned nine of the album's 15 songs. Singles " Galama" was the album's lead single. It was released 26 April 2011. Radojka Adžić ( sr-cyr, Радојка Аџић; born 21 May 1976), better known as Dara Bubamara ( sr-Cyrl, Дара Бубамара, lit=Dara the Ladybug), is a Serbian singer from Novi Sad. Early life Radojka Adžić was born on 21 May 1976 in Novi Sad, SFR Yugoslavia. She comes from a working class background. Adžić showed interest in music from an early age, appearing on popular children's variety shows. Dara also opened for singer Lepa Lukić at her concert in Zrenjanin. Furthermore, Adžić stated that, as a child, she took home the first prize at the Zmaj Children Games. According to the media, she dropped out from high school, but Dara claims otherwise. Career Adžić began her career as a member of the Vojvodina based Dara Bubamara Show band, from which she got her stage name. They released one studio album, titled ''Košava sa Dunava'', in 1993. Marina Tucaković
Marina Tucaković ( sr-Cyrl, Марина Туцаковић; 4 November 1953 – 19 September 2021) was a Serbian lyricist and songwriter. Born and raised in Belgrade, Serbia, Tucaković had a degree from the Economic Faculty at the University of Belgrade. She first started writing songs at the age of 19. After the success of "Dodirni mi kolena" by the Yugoslav rock group Zana and vocalist Zana Nimani, Tucaković continued working with numerous artists in then Yugoslavia. Before she oriented towards folk music, she collaborated with Yugoslav pop, rock and new wave artists such as Oliver Mandić, Zana, Slađana Milošević and Oliver Dragojević. Aleksandar Kobac (born 25 April 1971, in Belgrade) is a Serbian composer and arranger. In fifteen years of work he has more than three thousand songs and over three hundred hits. In 2005 he participated with group Flamingosi and song " Crazy summer dance" in Beovizija festival. In 2008 with Stefan Filipovic and song "Forever love" participated in Eurovision.
