Gaetano Troja (25 July 1944 – 19 June 2023) was an Italian Association football, footballer who played as a Forward (association football), forward for U.S. Città di Palermo, Palermo, Brescia Calcio, Brescia, S.S.C. Napoli, Napoli, F.C. Bari 1908, Bari and Calcio Catania, Catania. He played seven seasons with Palermo, three in Serie A and four in Serie B, scoring 43 goals and becoming one of the most beloved players in the team history. Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football (soccer), football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Francesco Sensi, Cavaliere del lavoro (29 July 1926 – 17 August 2008) was an Italian oil tycoon. He was born in Rome, where he lived throughout his entire life, though he also served time as mayor of Visso, the city where his family came from. He had been for fifteen years, until his death, chairman of Associazione Sportiva Roma, the major football club of Rome. He took control of the club in May 1993, both with Pietro Mezzaroma, and he then became the chairman on 8 November 1993. Under his chairmanship A.S. Futsal is a football-based game played on a hardcourt, hard court smaller than a football pitch, and mainly indoors. It has similarities to five-a-side football and Indoor soccer, indoor football.
