Gadžin Han
Gadžin Han ( sr-cyr, Гаџин Хан) is a village and municipality located in the Nišava District of the Southern and Eastern Serbia, southern Serbia. According to 2011 census, the municipality has 8,389 inhabitants, from which 1,223 live in Gadžin Han itself. Geography The municipality borders Bela Palanka municipality and City of Niš in the north, Babušnica municipality in the south-east, Vlasotince and Leskovac municipalities in the south, and Doljevac municipality in the west. Leskovac
Leskovac (Serbian Cyrillic: Лесковац, ) is a city and the administrative center of the Jablanica District in southern Serbia. According to the 2022 census, City of Leskovac has a 124,889 inhabitants. Etymology Leskovac was historically called ''Glubočica'', later evolving into ''Dubočica. These'' interchangeable variants derived from the Serbian word's, "''glib''", meaning mud and "''duboko''", meaning deep. Untamed rivers would often flood the area leaving swamps that once dried would spout hazelnut trees, or "''leska''" in Serbian, whilst "''vac''" is a common Slavic suffix, hence ''Leskovac''.
