Gabe Vasquez
Gabriel Vasquez (born August 3, 1984) is an American politician who is the U.S. representative for New Mexico's 2nd congressional district. He previously served as a member of the Las Cruces City Council. Vasquez is a member of the Democratic Party. Early life and education Vasquez was born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and journalism from New Mexico State University in 2008. Career As a college student, Vasquez was the news editor and editor-in-chief of '' The Round Up'', New Mexico State University's student-run newspaper. From 2008 to 2011, he was the business editor of the '' Las Cruces Bulletin''. In 2011, he was the executive director of the Las Cruces Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. 2022 United States House Of Representatives Elections In New Mexico
The 2022 United States House of Representatives elections in New Mexico were held on November 8, 2022, to elect the three U.S. representatives from the state of New Mexico, one from each of the state's three congressional districts. The elections coincided with the New Mexico gubernatorial election, as well as other elections to the U.S. House of Representatives, elections to the U.S. Senate, and various state and local elections. The United States Congress is the legislature of the federal government of the United States. It is bicameral, composed of a lower body, the House of Representatives, and an upper body, the Senate. Brandon McDonald Williams (born May 22, 1967) is an American politician, farmer, and businessman serving as the U.S. representative for New York's 22nd congressional district since 2023. He is a member of the Republican Party. Early life and career Williams was born in Dallas, Texas, to James McDonald "Don" Williams and Judy Williams. He was the second of five children.
