Gabe Pruitt
Gabriel Michael Pruitt (born April 19, 1986) is an American former professional basketball player. He played two seasons for the Boston Celtics of the National Basketball Association (NBA)., winning an NBA championship with the team in 2008. He also played in the NBA D League, Greece, Israel, Cyprus, and Mexico from 2010 to 2018. High school Pruitt and was born in Los Angeles, California and attended Westchester High School, where he averaged 22 points per game as a senior in 2004. He was a fourth-team ''Parade'' All-American selection, ''Los Angeles Times'' All-City and South Bay/Westside first team and South Bay ''Daily Breeze'' Player of the Year honors. In basketball, an assist is attributed to a player who passes the ball to a teammate in a way that leads directly to a score by field goal, meaning that they were "assisting" in the basket. In basketball, a rebound, sometimes colloquially referred to as a board, is a statistic awarded to a player who retrieves the ball after a missed field goal or free throw. Parade All-America Boys Basketball Team
The ''Parade'' All-America Boys Basketball Team was an annual selection by ''Parade'' that nationally honored the top high school boys' basketball players in the United States. It was part of the ''Parade'' All-American series that originated with boys basketball before branching to other sports. Started by the Sunday magazine in 1957, it had been the longest ongoing selection of high school basketball All-Americans in the country at the time of its final selections in 2015. The All-Pac-12 men's basketball team is an annual Pac-12 Conference honor bestowed on the best players in the conference following every college basketball season.
