Cartoon Orbit was a children's Online game, online gaming network created by Turner Broadcasting System, Turner Online to promote its shows and partners. Created as an addition to the Cartoon Network website, Cartoon Orbit opened to the public in October 2000. Its main attraction was a system of virtual trading cards called "cToons", which generally featured animation cells from programs broadcast on the network, though advertisement-based cToons were also common. Added in October 2002 was the popular head-to-head strategy game ''gToons''. The site began to suffer from lack of Software maintenance, maintenance beginning in 2005. On October 16, 2006, Cartoon Network shut down Cartoon Orbit and left users with a "Thank You" certificate as a token of their appreciation. Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (alternatively known as Turner Entertainment Networks from 2019 until 2022) was an American television and media conglomerate. Founded by Ted Turner and based in Atlanta, Georgia, it merged with Time Warner (later WarnerMedia) on October 10, 1996. As of April 2022, its assets are now owned by Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD). The headquarters of Turner's properties are largely located at the CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta, and the Turner Broadcasting campus off Techwood Drive in Midtown Atlanta, which also houses Turner Studios. ''Ben 10: Alien Force'' is an American animated television series created by team Man of Action (a group consisting of Duncan Rouleau, Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, and Steven T. Seagle), and produced by Cartoon Network Studios. It takes place five years after '' Ben 10'' and takes a darker turn than its predecessor. The series premiered on Cartoon Network in the United States on April 18, 2008, and on Teletoon in Canada on September 6, 2008, and ended on March 26, 2010. The series was originally produced under the working title of ''Ben 10: Hero Generation''. The series ran for a total of three seasons and forty-six episodes with its final episode being aired on March 26, 2010.
