Grand Canyon High School
Grand Canyon High School is a public high school located near the Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon Village, Arizona. It is the only high school in the Grand Canyon Unified School District. The area of the school district, which is the high school's attendance boundary, includes almost all of the Grand Canyon Village census-designated place, almost all of Tusayan, and a section of Valle. History The first school at the Grand Canyon was started July 10, 1911, one year before Statehood. Ralph and Niles Cameron loaned the use of a building they owned south of the present head of Bright Angel Trail. Locally it was known as Cameron's Green House. Grundy County High School (GCHS) is a public high school near Coalmont, Tennessee that serves students in Grundy County, Tennessee. It is the only high school in the Grundy County Schools system. History Grundy County High School was founded in 1928, replacing Shook School, which was a grammar school expanded to high school classes. The school was located in Tracy City. The school continued to serve generation after generation until 1997. Before Christmas of that year, Grundy County High School was relocated to a new facility where it continues to serve Grundy County students. Grove City High School is a high school in Grove City, Ohio, United States. It is one of the five high schools in the South-Western City Schools district. It houses about 1,900 students in grades 9-12. Formerly Jackson High School, Grove City High School moved from the former Park Street building in 1970, where it had been located since 1929.
