Sisport is a women's basketball team during the 1970s and 1980s in Turin, Italy. History ''Gruppo Sportivo FIAT'' (''G.S. FIAT'') was founded in 1922 by employees of the eponymous automobile manufacturer the city of Turin is still associated with. Since 1978, it has first known as ''Sisport Fiat'' and then simply as ''Sisport''. With the advent of professionalism in various sports, the club now largely caters to amateur and youth sports. The Lega Basket Serie A (LBA) is a professional men's club basketball league that has been organised in Italy since 1920. Serie A is organised by Lega Basket, which is regulated by the Italian Basketball Federation (FIP). It is the highest-tier level of the Italian league system. The LBA plays under FIBA rules and currently consists of 16 teams, with the lowest-placed team relegated to the Serie A2 and replaced by the winner of the play-offs of that tier. Claudio Marchisio (; born 19 January 1986) is an Italian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. World Aquatics Championships
The FINA World Championships or World Aquatics Championships are the World Championships for aquatics sports: swimming, diving, high diving, open water swimming, artistic swimming, and water polo. They are run by FINA, and all swimming events are contested in a long course (50-metre) pool. The event was first held in 1973 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, and is now held every two years.
