G.D. Interclube (basketball)
Grupo Desportivo Interclube is an Angolan basketball club based in Luanda. It is part of the mutisports club with the same name. The club's basketball teams (men and women) compete at the local level, at the Luanda Provincial Basketball Championships and at the Men's and Women's leagues as well as at continental level, at the annual African Basketball Club Champions League. The Angolan Men's Basketball League, (in Portuguese: Campeonato Nacional de Basquetebol em Séniores Masculinos) is the top tier men’s basketball league in Angola. The league was formerly known as BAI Basket, BIC Basket and Unitel Basket, named after its major sponsors, formerly Banco Africano de Investimentos, Banco de Investimento e Crédito and Unitel (Angola), Unitel, the competition is organized by the Angolan Basketball Federation. Miguel Kiala (born 10 November 1990 in Luanda, Angola), is a professional Angolan basketball player. Kiala, who is 204 cm (6'4") in height and weighs 91 kg (200 pounds), plays as a center.
