G-Amado
Gonçalo Jorge Amado da Veiga, better known as G-Amado (born 11 April 1985) is a singer and an actor mainly on kizomba and R&B songs. Biography He was born in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal to Cape Verdean immigrants. He began his music career in 2011 and signed to Dreambitz records. His first single was "Bo ca ta amam", his first album was ''Nhas Letras'' (''Our Letters'') released in 2012. He later released a single "Nha Vida" ("Our Life") in 2013 and later his second album ''CapÃtulos'' (''Captives'') in 2014. In September 2014, he was the music artist of the month. "Casamento" was his single released in 2015 and later "Ela Me Kuia" with Daduh King. Also in that year, he made his guest appearance in a Portuguese TVI telenovela ''A Única Mulher'' with the songs "Estrela Guia" ("Guided Star") and "Mulher Perfeita" ("Perfect Woman"), a year later, he sang "Louca" with Edmundo Vieira in the same telenovela in an episode. Mika Mendes
Mickael (Mika) Mendes (born 2 July 1982) is a Cape Verdean-French kizomba/zouk singer. He was born in Nice, France. His father is Boy Gê Mendes former lead singer of the famous Capeverdean group Cabo Verde Show and later part of the band Mendes e Mendes. Career Mika first entered the music world in 2001 when he participated in the Cape Verdean music compilation ''Aliança''. From 2002 to 2004 he participated in several albums, working with such famous recording artists as Philip Monteiro (album ''Philip Monteiro and friends'' (2004), track "Falta d'atencao" featuring AN2 & Mickael. Kizomba is a dance and musical genre that originated in Angola in 1984. Kizomba means "party" in Kimbundu, a Bantu language spoken by the Ambundu in Angola. Origin and evolution Music genre The origins of kizomba can be traced to late-1970s Africa, with influences variably attributed to Angola. Kizomba is characterized by a slower, romantic, more sensuous rhythm than the traditional Angolan semba music. Kizomba music emerged as a fusion of Semba, Angolan Merengue, Kilapanga, and further Angolan music influences: It slowed down the cadence of songs and added a stronger bass line to the composition of instruments. D'ZRT was a Portuguese boy band consisting of Paulo Vintém, Angélico Vieira Angélico Vieira (1 January 1983 – 28 June 2011), whose full name was Sandro Milton Vieira Angélico, was a Portuguese actor and singer.
