Fuoriclasse
''Fuoriclasse'' ("A League of Their Own", also being a pun on words with "Out of Class") is an Italian TV series set in a high school, directed by Riccardo Donna and starring Luciana Littizzetto. It is loosely based on the books by Domenico Starnone. The synopsis of the series is similar to the story of the film ''La scuola'' (1995), also scripted by Starnone. Ettore Bassi, full name Ettore Francesco Maria Bassi (born 16 April 1970), is an Italian actor and television presenter. Luciana Littizzetto (born 29 October 1964) is an Italian comedy actress, shock jock and humor writer. Littizzetto is known in her home country for her irreverent gags, lampooning government ministers and church prelates alike. Nicknamed "Lucianina" (''Little Luciana'' in Italian), she is a prominent personality on Italian television, notably appearing weekly as guest on Rai 1's primetime show ''Che tempo che fa''. Domenico Starnone (born 15 February 1943) is an Italian writer, screenwriter and journalist. Born in Saviano, near Naples, he has worked for several newspapers and satirical magazines, including ''L'Unità'', '' Il Manifesto'', ''Tango'', and ''Cuore'', usually about episodes of his life as a high school teacher. He also works as screenwriter.
