Fuad (Arabic: فؤَاد ''fū’ād, fou’ād'') (also spelled Fouad, Foud, Fuaad or Foad) is a masculine Arabic given name, meaning "heart" - the beating circulating heart, the concept of "mind and spirit". Its root word is the Arabic verb ''fa’ada'' (Arabic: َفَأَد) meaning "burning or a flame" and ''lahmun fa'eed'' - means a "roasted meat on a fire". It is used to describe a "heart that is inflamed with emotion". Fuad Khalil oghlu Guliyev ( az, Fuad Xəlil oğlu Quliyev), (born 6 July 1941), was the 5th Prime Minister of Azerbaijan. Early life Guliyev was born on 6 July 1941 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He studied at a city school No. 160 from 1948 through 1958 and was admitted to the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy the same year. Fuad Anwar Amin ( ar, فؤاد أنور أمين; born 13 October 1972) is a Saudi Arabian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. On club level, he played mostly for Al-Shabab and Al-Nasr in his home country. Fuad Rouhani (23 October 1907 – 30 January 2004) ( fa, فؤاد روحانی) was an Iranian administrator and translator. He served as the first Secretary-General of OPEC between 21 January 1961 and 30 April 1964. He is the only Iranian to hold this office from OPEC's establishment to date.
