Friday Filmworks
Friday Filmworks is an Indian motion picture production company founded by Neeraj Pandey and Shital Bhatia in 2008. Set up in 2008, Friday Filmworks has produced trend-setting films that are original in content and entertaining to the audience. A Wednesday was the first movie under the banner which won many awards in different categories. The other films under the Friday Filmworks include Special 26, Baby, Total Siyapaa, Saat Uchakkey, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story, Naam Shabana. Friday Filmworks released a satirical comedy Toilet: Ek Prem Katha on 11 August 2017 and Aiyaary in 2018. Friday Filmworks also produced a Marathi film Taryanche Bait in 2011 and a Bengali film The Royal Bengal Tiger in 2014. Neeraj Pandey
Neeraj Pandey (born 17 December 1973) is an Indian film director, producer and screenwriter who works in Hindi cinema. Pandey was made his directoral debut in ''A Wednesday!'', which was largely praised by critics and which later became a recipient of many accolades. His second film was ''Special 26'' (2013), which was followed by ''Baby (2015 Hindi film), Baby'' (2015), the latter of which received critical acclaim and became a huge commercial success. He served as a producer in ''Rustom (film), Rustom'' (2016). Pandey returned to directing in 2016 helming the biopic movie ''M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story'' based on Indian cricketer MS Dhoni, M.S.Dhoni which fared well critically and commercially. ''Aiyaary'' ( or trickery) is a 2018 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film written and directed by Neeraj Pandey.
