is a municipality in the county of Vestland, Norway. It is located in the traditional district of Nordhordland. The administrative centre is the village of Dalekvam. Christopher Lund Nissen (; born 31 January 1992) is a Danish singer from Copenhagen, signed to EMI Denmark. In November 2012, he won an award at the Danish Music Awards 2012. He was awarded New Thinker of the Year (Årets nytænker), given by Spotify as an innovation prize. Nick Leonardus van de Wall (; born 9 September 1987), better known as Afrojack, is a Dutch DJ, music producer and remixer from Spijkenisse, South Holland. Jewelz & Sparks are a German DJ and production duo consisting of Julius Voigtländer (born 1984) and Gregor Brechmann (born 1991) that formed in 2011, and they are one of the most successful German EDM projects.
