Fresh (musician)
Daniel Edward Stein (born 11 April 1977), better known by his stage name DJ Fresh, is an English musician, DJ, record producer, best known for making electronic music. He is one of the principal members of the drum and bass group Bad Company, alongside Darren White (dBridge), Jason Maldini and Michael Wojcicki (Vegas). He also owns and runs the drum and bass label Breakbeat Kaos with Adam F. DJ Fresh released his third studio album, ''Nextlevelism'', in October 2012 on Ministry of Sound Recordings, which includes the two number one hit singles " Louder" and "Hot Right Now" – the UK's first dubstep and drum and bass number ones respectively – " The Power", "The Feeling", "Gravity" and " Gold Dust". Worthing () is a seaside town in West Sussex, England, at the foot of the South Downs, west of Brighton, and east of Chichester. With a population of 111,400 and an area of , the borough is the second largest component of the Brighton and Hove built-up area, the 15th most populous urban area in the United Kingdom. "Louder" is a song by British producer DJ Fresh. It features vocals from Welsh singer and former Kosheen frontwoman Sian Evans. The song serves as the theme song for the Lucozade Sport Lite campaign. It was released on 3 July 2011 on Ministry of Sound. "Louder" is considered an important landmark for dubstep music as it was the first of the genre to reach number one on the UK Singles Chart. The song was featured on the soundtrack to Studio Liverpool's ''Wipeout 2048'' and used as the promotional theme for Fox8's reality programme ''Cricket Superstar''. Ella McMahon (born 1 April 1994), known professionally as Ella Eyre, is a British singer and songwriter. Thomas Wesley Pentz (born November 10, 1978), known professionally as Diplo, is an American DJ and music producer. He is the co-creator and lead member of the electronic dancehall music project Major Lazer, a member of the supergroup LSD with Sia and Labrinth, a member of electronic duo Jack Ü with producer and DJ Skrillex, and a member of Silk City with Mark Ronson. Mad Decent is an American record label founded by Diplo. The label has helped introduce Brazilian baile funk and Angolan kuduro to clubs around the world. Recently, it has popularized moombahton, a genre of electronic dance music created by DJ Dave Nada. The genre on the label was mostly popularized by Dillon Francis after collaborating with Diplo on Francis's 2012 track "Que Que". "Gold Dust" is a song by British-based DJ and record producer DJ Fresh. It is the third single released from his second album ''Kryptonite''.
