Frederik Helstrup
Frederik Helstrup Jensen (born 16 March 1993) is a Danish professional footballer who plays for FC Helsingør in the Danish 1st Division. Club career Helstrup started his career as youth prospect of the amateur clubs Gladsaxe-Hero BK, Virum-Sorgenfri BK and later professional club Lyngby Boldklub. In the summer of 2011, Lyngby's coaching staff promoted him to the first team squad. On 14 August 2011, he made his Superliga debut in a 1–1 draw against AC Horsens. In the 2011–12 season, Lyngby relegated to the Danish 1st Division, where he played for another year. In September 2013, he signed a three-year contract with AC Horsens, for whom he made 35 appearances at the 1st Division. Kalmar Fotbollförening, more commonly known as Kalmar FF, is a Swedish professional football club based in Kalmar. The Eerste Divisie (, en, First Division) is the second-highest tier of football in the Netherlands. It is linked with the top-level Eredivisie and with the third-level Tweede Divisie via promotion/relegation systems. It is also known as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie due to sponsorship, while previously it was known as Jupiler League for the same reason. The Polish Super Cup (, ) is an annually held match between the champions of the Ekstraklasa and the Polish Cup winners or, if the Ekstraklasa champions also win the Polish Cup, the Cup's runners-up. As of 2021, the Polish Super Cup has been played 31 times. The most successful club is Lech Poznań, who won 6 times. The most common participant are Legia Warsaw, as they played fourteen final games and have lost their eight following finals since 2012. Unlike in Polish Cup, there is no extra time played in the competition, therefore in case of a draw after regular time match goes straight into a penalty shoot-out. The Polish Cup in football ( pl, Puchar Polski w piłce nożnej ) is an elimination tournament for Polish football clubs, held continuously from 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. Due to mass participation of teams, the tournament is often called ''The Cup of the Thousand Teams'' ( pl, Puchar Tysiąca Drużyn ). Participation is open to any club registered with the Polish FA, regardless of whether it competes in any league in the national pyramid. Reserve and veteran teams are also eligible, with reserve teams reaching the final on two occasions (and winning it once). The Cup is popular among lower-level teams, as it gives them a chance to play better known sides. 2017–18 Ekstraklasa
The 2017–18 Ekstraklasa was the 92nd season of the Polish Football Championship, the 84th season of the highest tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 and the 10th season of the Ekstraklasa under its current title. The league was operated by the Ekstraklasa SA. The season started on 14 July 2017 and concluded on 20 May 2018. It is the first Ekstraklasa season to use VAR. After the 21st matchday the league went on a winter break between 18 December 2017 and 9 February 2018. The regular season was played as a round-robin tournament. A total of 16 teams participated, 14 of which competed in the league during the 2016–17 season, while the remaining two were promoted from the I liga after the 2016–17 season. Leszek Ojrzyński
Leszek Ojrzyński (born 31 May 1972) is a Polish former player and current manager. Ojrzyński played for Pomowiec Sońsk, Tęcza Płońsk and AZS AWF Warszawa. He was the manager of Ekstraklasa teams such as Korona Kielce, Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała and Górnik Zabrze. Previously he also managed a youth team of Legia Warsaw, Milan Milanówek, the reserve team of Polonia Warsaw, Znicz Pruszków, Wisła Płock, Raków Częstochowa, Odra Wodzisław Śląski and Zagłębie Sosnowiec. Poland Ekstraklasa (), meaning "Extra Class" in Polish, named PKO Ekstraklasa since the 2019–20 season due to its sponsorship by PKO Bank Polski, is the top Polish professional league for men's association football teams. Contested by 18 clubs, operating a system of promotion and relegation with the I liga, seasons start in July, and end in May or June the following year. Teams play a total of 34 games each. ''Helsingborgs Dagblad'' (''HD'', lit. "Helsingborg's Daily Paper"), published in Helsingborg in Skåne is the largest (circ. 84.000) newspaper in Swedish outside the metropolitan districts of Malmö, Göteborg and Stockholm.
